Members can report their problems to Society Management and Staff. They can create any complaints about the building and have it resolved. Their problem can be solved promptly and effectively by informing the right personnel about the issue.

  • Selective people or members can be notified when raising a complaint.
  • Members can track the progress on their complaint and the management can close or resolve that complaint.
Emergency Alert
Safety First

In case of any hazard or breach, the occupants of the building are notified immediately. There are a built-in alarms for theft/robbery, fire, gas-leak and in addition, users can add their own alarm for something, if needed.

  • This can immediately alert the residents of danger so they can take action at the earliest
  • This module can be customized for the wellbeing of the building.
Overstay Alert
Notify the people concerned.

If any of your family members need to come home late at night, he/she can inform the other family members and the guard-room (Access Device) by this feature of Hi Society.

  • If you’re not returning for the night let the security guards know of your absence.
  • In case of staying out late, the security personnel can know beforehand so that the main-gates won’t be closed until your arrival.

This module provides you with verified contact information for maintenance and repair professionals, ensuring reliable service and your safety.


    These contacts include –

  • Plumber, water pipe & related utility supplies.
  • Electrician and electrical goods suppliers
  • Gas repair and related suppliers, and
  • Groceries and other common commodity suppliers, etc.
  • Moreover, this feature allows you to add contacts according to your necessities, and you can modify it as you please.

Notice & Information
“Publish Notice and reach the members you need.”

Society Admin and Manager can create Notice which can be published to all Society Members or to a specific group (for example – due service charge collection). The society members will get that notification on their phone directly.
Key features of this module –

  • Automated notification will be sent to all society members which will pop-up on their phone screen.
  • Specific notice can be published for selected members to accomplish specific objectives.
  • Society Residents will receive all notifications like new notices, pending payments, polls, and expired apartment documents that are delivered and saved in the database to take necessary actions.
