Hi Society is a customizable society management app whose users can perform all building related tasks by using only mobile phone.
হাই সোসাইটি একটি সোসাইটি ম্যানেজমেন্ট আ্যাপ যা ব্যবহারকারীরা তাদের সোসাইটির (বিল্ডিং এর) সমস্ত কার্যকলাপ শুধুমাত্র মোবাইলের মাধ্যমে করতে পারবেন।
Hi Society app basically works with the coordination of two apps- One is, User Application, which can be downloaded from Google Play Store or App Store and be used by anyone. And the other one is, Hi Society Access Point app, which only registered users can use. To get all the features including Security & Accounts feature, users must be registered.
হাই সোসাইটি অ্যাপ যা মূলত দুটি অ্যাপের সমন্বয়ে কাজ করে। একটি হচ্ছে সিকিউরিটি গার্ড ডিভাইস, যাকে আমরা হাই সোসাইটি “অ্যাকসেস পয়েন্ট” বলছি, আর অন্যটি হচ্ছে সাধারণ ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাপ্লিকেশন। সাধারণ ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি গুগুল প্লে স্টোর বা আ্যপ স্টোর থেকে ডাউললোড করে যে কেউ ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। আর সোসাইটি অ্যাক্সেস পয়েন্ট অ্যাপটি শুধুমাত্র রেজিস্টার্ড ব্যবহারকারীদের দেয়া হয়। হাই সোসাইটি সিকিউরিটি ফিচার, আ্যকাউন্টিস ফিচার সহ অন্য সব ফিচার ব্যবহার করতে হলে অবশ্যই রেজিস্টার্ড ব্যবহারকারী হতে হবে।
It is basically an Android tablet pre-installed Hi Society Access Point app. This will be installed at the entrance of every building, besides the guard-room. The security will be checked with this device. As it is a cloud based operation, the device should have – Android tablet which is more than 7″ inch display and running Android 7.0 or latest OS. Hi Society will install Access Point app and make it a locked device where the software will run only. It must have a SIM with internet connectivity or connection to the Wi-Fi for internet.
এটি একটি অ্যান্ড্রয়েড ট্যাব যাতে প্রি-ইন্সটল হিসেবে হাই সোসাইটি এক্সেস পয়েন্ট অ্যাপ দেয়া থাকবে। প্রতিটি বিল্ডিং এর প্রবেশ মুখে, গার্ড রুমের পাশে এটি রাখা থাকবে। মূলত এই ডিভাইস দিয়েই সমস্ত সিকিউরিটি চেক করা হয়। যেহেতু পুরো সিস্টেমটি ক্লাউড বেইজ অপারেশন, তাই – এটি একটি এন্ড্রয়েড ট্যাবলেট যার কমপক্ষে ৭ইঞ্চি মনিটর থাকেত হবে এবং সর্বনিন্ম এন্ড্রয়েড ৭.০ দ্বারা পরিচালিত হতে হবে। হাই সোসাইটি টিম এটিতে এক্সেস পয়েন্ট সফ্টওয়ার ইন্সটল করে এটিকে একটি লক্ ডিভাইসে পরিনিত করবে। ইন্টারনেট কানেক্টিভিটি সহ একটি সিম থাকবে অথবা ওয়াইফাই কানেক্টিভিটি থাকবে।
1st Step:
০১. অ্যাপ স্টোর (আই-ফোন) বা প্লে-স্টোর (এন্ড্রয়েড ফোন) থেকে হাই সোসাইটি আ্যাপটি ডাউনলোড করুন। ইনস্টল হওয়ার পর হাই সোসাইটি একটি আইকন আপনার মোবাইলের স্ক্রিনে দেখতে পারবেন। কংগ্রাচুলেশন! আপনার ইনস্টলেশন সফল হয়েছে।
০২. প্রথমবার ব্যবহারের সময় আপনার সিকিউরিটি নিশ্চিত করতে এটি আপনার মোবাইলের কিছু হার্ডওয়ার (ক্যামেরা, মাইক্রোফোন, ইত্যাদির( ব্যবহারের পারমিশন চাইবে। স্লাইডার বাটনটি Allow(‘যাবে)’ দিয়ে শুরু করুন।
০৩. এবার আপনি হাই সোসাইটি ওপেন করুন। এখানে আপনাকে সাইন-আপ করতে হবে। গুগল বা ফেসবুক দিয়ে সাইন-আপটা সহজ। নাম, ফোন নং, ফ্লাট নং দিন (পাশের স্ক্রিন-শটটি দেখুন)।
2nd Step:
০১. সাইন-আপের পরে যে স্ক্রিন আসবে তাতে দুইটি অপশন দেয়া থাকবে। যদি আপনি রেজিস্টার্ড ইউজার হয়ে থাকেন, “Join As Resident” অপসনটি সিলেক্ট করুন, আর কোডের জায়গায়, আপনাকে পাঠানো কোডটি দিন। আর নতুনভাবে ” বিল্ডিং এড” কবেও শুরু করতে পারেন।
০২.আপনার পরিবারের সদস্য সংখা নির্বাচন করুন। তাদের জন্য কিউ আর(QR) কোড জেনারেট করুন এবং তাদের ডাউনলোড করে রেজিস্টার্ড করতে বলুন।
After installation, first thing you need to do is to add other family members in the system.
Click the “3 Bar” of top-left corner from the opening screen to get menu
From “Update My Family”, update number of family members.
Now “Add New Member” and send the QR code to the family member.
After joining the building and providing this code, all members will be registered.
ইনস্টলেশনের পর প্রাথমিক কাজ পরিবারের অন্যান্য সদস্যদের আ্যপে যুক্ত করা। উপরের বাম কর্নারের “৩টি বার” আইকনে ক্লিক করুন, মেনু উপেন হবে। এবার “Update My Family” ক্লিক করে ফ্যামিলির সদস্য সংখ্যা কতজন তা দিন। “Add New Member” ক্লিক করে ফ্যামিলি মেম্বারদের জন্য কিউ-আর কোড জেনারেট করুন এবং তাদের পাঠান। আ্যপ ইনস্টলেশনের পর তারা এই কোড দিয়ে বিল্ডিংএ জয়েন করবে। এতে করে তারা প্রত্যেকেই রেজিস্টার্ড ইউজার হয়ে যাবে।
To get most of this app, all users of the app in the society need to understand all the modules properly. To make the supporting staff understand and learn about this, we would organize several training sessions with them. This training is free of cost.
এই আ্যাপ থেকে পুরোপুরি সুফল পেতে হলে এর প্রতিটি মডিউল ব্যাবহার করা জানতে হবে। আর তাই এটি পরিচালনার জন্য আমরা গার্ড ও অন্যান সাপোর্টিং স্টাফদের প্রয়োজনীয় প্রশিক্ষণ দিয়ে থাকি। এই প্রশিক্ষণগুলি হয় সোসইটির নিজস্ব বিল্ডিংএ। আমাদের টিম প্রশিক্ষণ দিয়ে, হাতে কলমে শিখিয়ে দিয়ে আসবে যতক্ষণ না সবাই বুঝতে পারছে। এই ট্রেনিংগুলি আমরা সম্পূৃর্ণ বিনা মূল্যে করে থাকি।
Our Visitors Management Module enhances the security and reduces the time and effort to welcome the visitor. Any user of this app who is going to invite a guest, can issue a digital gate pass which can be sent to the visitor by any messenger app (WhatsApp, Messenger, Imo, etc.). This Gatepass(QR code) is recognized by the Access Point device at once. If any guest comes without a Gatepass, AccessPoint can issue one after getting your concern.
আমারা জানি সোসাইটিতে সিকিউরিটি সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়। আবার সন্মানিত অতিথীরা গার্ডরুমে বিভিন্ন কারনে বসে থাকবেন তাও কাম্য নয়। তাই যেকোনো ব্যবহারকারী গেস্টকে আমন্ত্রন জানালে একটি ডিজিটাল গেট পাস ইসূ করবেন যা এক্সেস পয়েন্টে কিউ-আর কোডের মাধ্যমে তাৎক্ষণিক ভাবে সনাক্ত করতে পারবে। অবশ্য কেউ যদি পাশ ছাড়াই চলে আসেন, তাহলে অনুমতি সাপেক্ষে এক্সেস পয়েন্ট থেকে এই গেট পাশ ইস্যু করা যাবে।
বর্তমানে আমরা প্রচুর পার্সেল রিসিভ করি। আমরা অনলাইন থেকে খাবার কিনি আর অন্যান পন্য তো আছেই। একটি বড় বিল্ডিং এর এই পার্সেল ম্যানেজমেন্ট বেশ ঝামেলাপূর্ণ হয়। তাই আমরা নিয়ে এসেছি পার্সেল ব্যবস্থাপনা মডিউল যা অ্যাক্সেস পয়েন্টে আপনার অনুপস্থিতিতে আপনার পার্সেল রাখবে এবং পরবর্তিতে সঠিকভাবে আপনাকে ডেলিভারি করবে।
Nowadays, we order a lot of commodities and products online. This feature ensures that the goods are delivered safely and accurately to the right person. Whenever there is an incoming parcel or package then the person receiving the parcel will get a notification and can collect his/her parcel after proper verification.
সোসইটির মধ্যে যোগাযোগ এখন অনেক সহজ এবং ঝামেলামুক্ত করে দিয়েছে হাই সোসাইটির এই মডিউলটি। কোন তার বা ল্যান্ডফোন ছাড়াই যে কেউ, যে কোন জায়গা থেকে সোসইটির যে কারো সাথে কথা বলতে পারবেন। গার্ডরুমে কথা বলার জন্য এখন আর ইন্টারকমের কাছে যেতে হবে না, বাসার যে কোন প্রান্ত থেকেই কথা বলতে পারবেন।
Communication throughout the entire building is made hassle free and can be done easily with the help of this feature, only using mobile phone, without the need of any other device or land-phone. You can talk to anyone at anytime in any apartment or the security-guard room of the building from wherever you are.
Society Admin and Manager can create Notice which can be published to all Society Members or to a specific group of people (for an example, due service charge collection). The society members will get that notification on their phone directly.
এই মডিউলের মাধ্যমে সোসাইটির ম্যানেজার কমিটির যে কোন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সংবাদ বা নোটিশ যে কোন সময় দিতে পারবেন, নোটিফিকেশন আকারে তা নির্দিষ্ট লোক পেয়ে যাবে সাথে সাথেই। তা বকেয়া সার্ভিস চার্জের জন্য নোটিশই হোক বা অন্য কোন আনন্দ সংবাদ।
হেল্প-ডেক্স ও কমপ্লেইন মডিউলের মাধ্যমে আপনি ফ্লাটের বা বিল্ডিংয়ের যেকোনো সমস্যার জন্য সাহায্য চাইতে পারেন অথবা কোন বিষয়ে কমপ্লেইন উত্থাপন করতে পারবেন যা প্রয়োজনীয় লোকের কাছে পৌঁছে যাবে তৎক্ষণাৎ।
Members can report a problems and get help any time from anywhere. They can create any complaint about the building and to fix the problem can inform the right person. Selected people or members can be notified when raising a complaint. He can also check the status of the issue with Hi Society app whether it has been resolved or not.
বিপদ বলে কয়ে আসে না। অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত বিপদ এলে দরকার হয় দ্রুত ব্যবস্থার। অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কোন ঘটনার জন্য, যেমন-আগুন, চুরি বা অন্য কোন এক্সিডেন্টে হাই সোসাইটিতে আছে সিকিউরিটি এলার্ম যা সবাইকে সাথে সাথে সতর্ক করবে, আর এক্সেস পয়েন্ট ডিভাইসে(গার্ডরুমে) এলার্ম বাজতে থাকবে।
In case of any danger Hi Society Securitty Alert feature will alert the residents of any peril or breach or any sort of harm or hazard so that the occupants of the building can be immediately notified of any danger through an alarm. There is an alarm for theft/robbery, a fire-alarm, gas-leak, and in addition to these the user can make their own alarm for something to alert the other occupying member of the building. This alarm immediately goes off alerting the resident of danger so they can take action at the earliest This module enables the user to make or personalize their own alert or alarm.
আপনার পরিবারের সদস্য রাত করে কেউ বাড়ি ফিরছে, জানিয়ে রাখতে পারেন আগে থেকেই, ওভার স্টে- অ্যালার্টের মাধ্যমে।
If any of your family members need to come home late at night, he/she can inform the other family members and the guard room (Access Point Device) by this feature of Hi Society.
আ্যমিনিটিজ বুকিং-এর মাধ্যমে সোসাইটির কমন ফ্যাসিটিজগুলি পরিকল্পিত ভাবে ব্যবহার করা যায়। এতে করে যেমন কারো সাথে সিডিউল নিয়ে কোন ওভারল্যাপিং হবে না তেমনি প্রতিটি রিসোর্সই সঠিকভাবে, সর্বোত্তম ব্যবহার হবে। যেমন – কমন গেস্ট পার্কিং, কমিউনিটি সেন্টার, জিম, সুইমিংপুল ও অন্যান্য আ্যমিনিটিজ। যেহেতু প্রতিটি বিল্ডিঙের কমন ফ্যাসিটিজ আলাদা, তাই প্রথমবার আ্যাপে প্রতিটি বিল্ডিং-এর আ্যমিনিটিজ ইনিসিয়ালাইজ বা প্রারম্ভিক ভাবে উল্লেখ করতে হবে। যে আ্যমিনিটিজগুলি উল্লেখ করা হবে সেইগুলিই উক্ত কমিউনিটিতে বুকিং-এর জন্য ব্যবহারকারীরা দেখতে পারবেন।
This module allows us to optimize the use of shared facilities and resources in a community building. The app facilitates advance booking, preventing scheduling conflicts and overlaps. With this feature, residents can reserve common areas such as guest parking spaces, community centers, and other shared venues. Since amenities vary by community, the available facilities must be initialized when first using the Hi Society app. This could include gyms, swimming pools, and other communal resources.
এই ফিচারের মাধ্যমে বিল্ডিংয়ের যে কোনো ব্যাপারে প্রস্তাব বা পুল ক্রিয়েট করতে পারবন। সেই প্রস্তাবের বিপরীতে ভোটাভুটি করে সবার মতামতের ভিত্তিতে সঠিক সিদ্ধান্ত সহজেই নেয়া যায়। ব্যক্তিগতভাবে কাউকে চিহ্নিত না করেই এই ভোটাভুটি সম্পন্ন করা যায় এবং নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের পরে ফলাফল জেনে সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়া যায়। এমনকি চাইলে আমরা কমিটি ইলেকশনও এই মডিউলের মাধ্যমে করতে পারব।
With this feature, any member can create polls with multiple options to be voted by Society members on any topic or issues. Members can cast a vote by selecting one of the options. Without personally identifying any voter, this voting can be done. Even an Election can be conducted by this module.
হিসাব পত্র রাখার ব্যাপারে এটিকে একটি একাউন্টিং সফটওয়্যারও বলা যেতে পারে। এখানে আপনি আপনার সমস্ত পেমেন্ট দিতে পারবেন এবং ভাউচার ক্রিয়েট করতে পারবেন। এসব পেমেন্ট দেয়ার সাথে সাথে মাসিক স্টেটমেন্ট ও রেডি হয়ে যাবে অটোমেটিক্যালি। প্রতি মাসের ১ তারিখে মাসিক হিসাব, মাসিক আয়-ব্যায় সমন্বয় হিসাব তৈরী হয়ে যাবে এবং সয়ংক্রিংয় ভাবে প্রতিটি সদস্য অ্যাপে চলে যাবে, যাতে সোসাইটির হিসাবের একটি স্বচ্ছ এবং স্পষ্ট ধারণা সবাই পায়। প্রথমবার আ্যাপে সোসাইটির এসেট ও লায়্যাবিলিটিজ ইনিসিয়ালাইজ করে হিসার শুরু করতে হবে। উদাহরন স্বরূপ, ব্যাংকের স্থিতি বা কোন জামানত থাকলে তা উল্লেখ করে হিসাব শুরু করতে হবে।
We have integrated accounting software into this module, enabling the creation of invoices and vouchers, and tracking all income and expenses, including voucher attachments. The system automatically records entries in the ledger and generates community statements, such as monthly income and expense reports and balance sheets. During the initial setup, the community’s account balances must be initialized.

Document Repository of Hi Society app works as cloud storage of all community document as well as personal documents.
হাই সোসাইটির এটি একটি সয়ংসম্পূর্ণ চ্যাট সুবিধা যা হাই সোসাইটি নিজস্ব মডিউল। এতে গ্রুপ ডিসকাশন ও গ্রুপ-চ্যাটও করতে পারবেন।
Hi Society residents can interact with each other easily with this app. Members can create chat groups and interact with others and create these groups as per their necessities or common interest.
গ্যাস, পানি, বিদ্যুতের মত নিত্য প্রয়োজনীয় জিনিসের সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করতে আপনাকে “পীচ অব মাইন্ডে” রাখা হাই সোসাইটির লক্ষ্য। “ইউজফুল কন্টাক্ট”-এ পাবেন আপনার সমস্ত মেইনটেনেন্স ও মেরামতকারীদের তথ্য। এখানে ঠিকানা ছাড়াও নিরাপত্তার জন্য তাদের সংক্ষিপ্ত পরিচয়পত্র, এন.আই.ডি সহ থাকবে।

Moreover, this feature allows you to add contacts according to your necessities, and you can modify this as you please.
আরেকটি কয়েকটি বিশেষ ফিচার আছে এই অ্যাপে যা সব অ্যাপ ব্যবহারকারীই ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন :
নিউজফিডে আপনাদের প্রিয় কোন ঘটনা বা মুহূর্তের ছবি, বনর্ণাসহ আপনি জানাতে পারেন সবাইকে। যা হাই সোসাইটির সবাই দেখতে পারবে, লাইক দিতে পারবে, কমেন্টও করতে পারবে। এমনকি শেয়ারও করতে পারবে।
এপার্টমেন্ট ভাড়া/বিক্রয় ফিচারের মাধ্যমে আপনি আপনার ফ্ল্যাটের ভাড়া ও বিক্রির বিজ্ঞাপন দিতে পারবেন, যা অ্যাপের সব ব্যবহারকারীই দেখতে পারবে। হয়ত আপনি নিজর পছন্দনীয় কোন ফ্লাটও পেয়ে যেতে পারেন অথবা ফ্লাটটি দ্রুত ভাড়া হয়ে যেতে পারে এই বিজ্ঞাপনের মাধ্যমে। আর, এই সব বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য এক টাকাও খরচ করতে হবে না!

NewsFeed: This feature works like the newsfeed of any other social media application. The users can post or share anything they would like to with the other users of the app or members of the society. They can interact with other posts by “Like”, Comment” and “Share”
Apartment Rent & Purchase: With the help of this app you can find out if there’s any suitable apartment nearby or in the area where you want to reside. This feature enables you to check the apartments that are to be sold or rented out, and you can check the details of the apartment, then contact the owner if you are further interested to explore or look into that apartment.
