Guest Management
Our Visitor Management Module enhances security and streamlines the visitor check-in process.

Users can send digital GatePasses to invite guests, who can then use a QR code for identification at the access point. This reduces waiting times and boosts security.

  • Anyone from anywhere can issue a gate pass with a certain time-validity.
  • This gate-pass can be shared by any messenger app (WhatsApp, Messenger, Imo, etc.)
  • This Gate-pass(QR code) can be recognized by the Access Point device at once.
  • If any guest comes without Gate-pass, AccessPoint can issue one after getting your concern.
  • Scanning the QR code, the Access Point will send an SMS to the invitee and automatically logged in the guest-register.
Delivery Management

In today’s world, we frequently order various commodities and products online. This feature ensures that deliveries are accurate and secure. When a parcel arrives, the recipient is notified, and delivery is verified at the access point using a QR code. This feature helps to:

  • Reduce the misplacement of delivered parcels or packages.
  • In the absence of a person, the delivered item will be received and the person will be notified immediately so that they can collect it afterwards at their convenience.
  • All the deliveries will be saved in history and can be viewed later.

This module optimizes the use of shared facilities and resources in a community building. The app enables advance booking to prevent scheduling conflicts and overlaps. Residents can reserve common areas such as guest parking spaces, community centers, and other shared venues. As amenities vary by community, the available facilities need to be set up when first using the Hi Society app. These may include –

  • Guest parking spaces.
  • Community center or Common venue of a particular community.
  • The gym, swimming pool and other communal resources.

To use this module, you have to initialize the facilities first. Then all the user can see it in their App. What you have to do –

  • List the available amenitis with Name, type, etc.
  • Define the bookable time-slots (maximum booking hours).
  • If needed, payments note with voucher number (where applicable).
Chat & Discussion
Society Chat & Inter Society Chat.

Society residents can interact with each other easily with this app. Members can create chat groups and interact with others and create these groups as per their necessities or common interest.

Polls & Elections
The Society Polls are a way to express your views.

By this app, any member can create a poll with multiple options to be voted by society members on any topic, issues. Even an Election can be conducted by this module.

  • Create polls with multiple options to be voted by society members on any topic, issues.
  • Set poll ending date and time. A poll will be auto closed on the given date/time.
  • Election of the committee can also be conducted here and all the members can vote by selecting their preferred candidate.
  • All members of the society can vote even if he/she is outside the country (no need to appoint a representative).
  • Admin/Election commission will able to see how many members have participated in the Election/polls –
        – During the ongoing Poll/Election.
        – After the closure of Poll/Election.
